Hello World!

#smartenough2Brich #riseabovethefear #zhana411 Hello World! This is Lorraine B. Edwards and I have a lot to say about a lot of things happening in the world today. Let me first introduce myself. I am the Founder and CEO of The Zhana Corporation which has had its share of ups and downs since its inception more than 20 years ago (current trajectory headed up). I am also an I/T professional at IBM Global Business Services with a Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, MBA in Marketing, and 35 years of management and executive training/experience. I am a high performer with a proven track record of transforming strategy into tangible results. My strengths are client relationship management, team leadership, interpersonal communications, situational analysis, business development, strategic thinking, and fact-based decision making. Very often, the right decision is not that difficult to determine. What tends to be lacking are leaders willing to make the right calls.

I plan to tackle a lot of very important topics over the coming weeks, months and years; and hope you will engage with me. All feedback and opinions are welcome.
