Telemarketing Representative 

 

Summary

Generate a consistent flow of quality appointments for preparers via telephone using tactical objection/resolution skills. Effectively communicate company’s benefits and features to potential customers. Inform customer’s service needs to the preparers and accurately updating CRM databases.

 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Highly motivated and goal oriented

• Previous experience in setting appointments with supplied leads/upselling to existing customers

• Strong interpersonal skills; influential; phone etiquette and team work

• Strong computer/data entry skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications

• Ensure productivity goals are met on a weekly basis

• Support other Marketing/Sales projects as needed
